Withdrawals delayed
I signed up to Gamblezen on march 27th 2024. I made a deposit and won $7000. I verified my account using their "on-website" verification tool and was verified. The next day they requested that I send them the same documents & more through their KYC email. That took untill March 31st and then I was verified.
I proceeded to make my withdrawl requests. Between April 2nd, and April 8th I have only received $1500. It is now the 15th.
The rest of my withdrawls have been expiring and canceled. I read their terms of service in regards to withdrawl limits. I have emailed both KYC and Support in regards to withdrawl limits, support hasn't been specific as to what my limits are and suggested I email KYC which they have not emailed back unless to tell me that my withdrawl has been canceled/expired. But Assuming that I received $1500 within 7 days. That would mean that my limit is at "least" that per week. There is still $5500 remaining.
I am getting very little communication from Gamblezen in regards to my personal withdrawl limits, and reasoning behind the constant declined/canceled/expired withdrawls. See screen shots I have attached, including emails, and withdrawl requests.
