My account at Gamblezen Casino has been fully verified.
I requested a withdrawal via Revolut over 14 days ago.
The support keeps repeating the same generic responses, and the funds were never sent.
There is no transaction confirmation, and the money has not arrived in my Revolut account.

As apparent from the explanation we received, it is now obvious that the player submitted complaint providing false info, therefore, we have no other choice but to Reject the complaint.

Both of them were cancelled by the player on the same day:

Later, the player submitted new withdrawal requests on July 1st

The player created two withdrawal requests (500 EUR each) yesterday, and both were successfully processed today. Please allow some time for the funds to appear in your account.
