I request the release of €225.20 or clear proof of a specific rule breach

I deposited €50 twice and used the promotional free bets strictly according to the rules on basketball events.
After winning, the casino cancelled my withdrawal and removed €225.20 from my balance, stating only:
“your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department due to a breach of Terms & Conditions.”
The casino referred generally to Clause 11.1 (Prohibited Practices) but did not specify which sub-clause (a–e) I allegedly violated, nor provided any evidence.
I have only one account, no cheating, no bonus abuse, and all bets were placed manually.
A generic T&C reference is insufficient to confiscate player funds. I request the release of €225.20 or clear proof of a specific rule breach.
