Deposit not credited after 48 hours

I deposited via neosurf two days ago. The money left my neosurf card and it's shown as pending ever since. I immediately contacted support, which promised me the issue will be resolved automatically within 24 hours. I contacted them after this time and provided proof of payment as soon as they asked for it. They told me the financial department will solve it asap. The next time I contacted them, they told me it takes up to 24 hours and the only thing I can do is "wait, wait, wait". After these 24 hours, again nothing happened. When I contacted them again, they told me, again, to wait. This time, they even retracted from any time frame. I'm afraid that the website is just a fraud.
