I wish to seek a refund from princess win casino for my deposit made in the amount of 20 euro as what they has advertised in their promotions section has not been honoured and i have made various attempts in order to allow the casino to respond of provide some sort of reply in relation to my account and deposit.I have been very fair and believe this casino is happy to receive player's deposits but does not assist in any account maintenance.

Please let us know if there's some update regarding this case.

This complaint has been reopened as per Princess Win Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
Due to technical issues with Live Support we missed Puimen's enquiries and thus failed to provide timely support to the player. We have contacted the player and issued the FREE SPINS bonus which he has not received with the 1st deposit.
The bonus was activated and used today under our LiveChat supervision and we were happy to get to know that Puimen has won with the FREE SPINS bonus awarded (still playing and winning while I am writing the comment).
The player has confirmed to us that the issue has been resolved now since we've been really helpful.

Based on casino statement above and player's confirmation, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
