Unjustified confiscation of winnings, terrible customer support

been found to breach bonus terms ,that I made a bet above 5 euro WHICH IS NOT TRUE! a made a cashout of 2000 euro went tru the standard procedure etc. I've send my documents etc. which I received a reply a couple of days later stating that my verification process was successful and my account was verified. but a couple of days later
I receive a email from them stating that I have breached bonus terms and bet above 5 euro etc WHICH I DIDNT ! and that they confiscated my winning cashout of 2000 euro
so I was outraged and replied right away and DEMANDED PROOF Which I never got !
because I got email from days after that stating that they are right (STILL NO PROOF THAT I ASKED FOR)
And that they were willing to offer me 300 euro as a sign of good faith..
but all I wanted is to see PROOF of my so called BREACH Of terms.??????
plus I went to their live chat so many times asking for help ..but never in my life have I seen a more incompetent unhuman chat support in my life!? no help just behaving like robots with the same line over and over and over like I was talking to auto answering machine??!
they kept saying "we cant do nothing, you have to wait 28 days for a response from the relevant department " 28 days??!! 28 days ??? for what???!
and that was repeated to 100 times?? by 10 different support agents ????( is this casino even serious???)
so I lost my temper and suddenly they block my account with no reason given???
so basically in a nutshell..
they took my 2000 euro cashout for something I didnt do ?.
they haven't send me proof ??? and every time I asked for it ..they completely ignored it..
and now they pushed me to the edge and then block my account aswel !!!????
please askgamblers.com help me get proof!! that I breached terms ...
