Blocked my account, delayed my withdrawal and won't provide any support

Hello,

Beginning of the month I have saw this casino listed in here as a new casino, so I have signed up and make many deposited total of 2,000 Euro, and I haven't accepted any deposit bonus, and after playing I have make withdrawal of 2,500 Euro and other withdrawal of 2,00 Euro.
The i got an automatic email to send them my documents, and they said that withdrawal will takes 2 days, then I sent all documents and I email them that please process this as fast as possible, and I noticed them that I'm not planning to cancel my withdrawal, so please proceed faster, but I haven't got answer.
I try to talk to them through chat because they offer 24H service, but them chat always gives error notice (Connection lost. Please check your Internet connection and try again) I try 2 days but not working, I try to sent another emails but no answer at all.
So I have decided to stop playing until they answering me, and now I try to login to my account but I got another error (Your account is currently on a time out, please contact support if you require further assistance)
So I really don't know what to do! Some months ago it's happened exactly same situation and they not resolve the issue and they got bad rating here but what I got? I lost my money!
There is many new casinos open everyday, but I only trust what is listed on this site as a new casino and I like to try my luck on new casino, but I don't want to lose my money every time trying new casino!
Please look at the screen shoots what I talked.

Your “complaint” has been escalated to the anti-fraud team within our casino and we are hereby responding.

We have irrefutable and audit-able data from our back office which covers the entire period.

You sent a withdrawal request at 02:01:57 on 3rd August - and forwarded the required documents to us. We replied to you at 02:29:48 on 3rd August, confirming receipt of the documents and advising you that the withdrawal was being processed and would take 2 business days to be approved.

Whilst the withdrawal was still pending, YOU reversed the withdrawal transaction at 00:44:05 on the 4th of August - and YOU then played the entire amount over the course of the next 3 hours - ending with a zero balance at 04:06:59. There were over 2500 wagers in this period.

At this point you selected a self-imposed time-out/exclusion.

We cannot understand therefore your claims. You played the entire sum through the account and we have all the evidence to support this. Your claim is therefore spurious and fraudulent and we take exception to the inference that we have been anything other than fully supportive. We would firmly suggest that you remove this post.

What do you really say?? I have reserved my withdrawal? I really can't believe!
In my first withdrawal I have emailed you and I said myself that please process the withdrawal as soon as possible because I'm not planning to cancel my withdrawal, you not got that email also?
And what do you mean that I have self imposed? I don't even know what is mean!
And you said that I have make withdrawal and sent documents on 03/08 and today is 12/08, WHY YOU NOT SEND ME EVEN ONE EMAIL TO ANSWER MY EMAILS OR TO SAID WHAT HAPPENS ON MY WITHDRAWAL AND DOCUMENTS???
Please help my Askgamblers, because I don't want they take my money!

I had a promotional email stating if I deposit minimum £20 I will get 50 extra free spins. So you get 50 free spins already and if deposit the £20 says get a extra 50 free spins. So I signed I to my account at Dream Jackpot Casino and I had a promotion welcome off stating exactly same promotion as my email so I deposited the £20 required and loaded up the (big bass bonanza) game, however no spins was added. I went in chat and spoke with Stacy, she said I opted out of my welcome bonus and free spins which I definitely didn't do (who would) when they are free. Duhh!! So anyway she said she had added the spins again for me, however again no spins showed up in game or in my account anywhere. So I clearer my cache and cookies and restarted my Internet connection then went back on Chat and spoke with agent called Clint. He told me to send him a screenshot in chat and too clear cache and cookies, restart device, try a different browser, try another device and check it again in the said game. Again none of it made the spins activate so clint asked for another picture and told me it's been raised with the relevant team and they'll be in touch by email. He said they are no time frames he can give me for a response. And u stated quite clearly the terms and conditions for my 50 extra free spins was that any spins left expire after 24 hrs, so as of now currently my free spins will be void. So I'm not happy in the slightest and want to go to the gambling commission to let them know about all the false promotion going off her. I would never have deposited the £20 in the first place if I knew they wasn't a legit company who adhere to all promotions offered to individual customers which is legally required by gambling commission and in every gambling site terms and conditions (FAQ's). This is not being resolved and now nobody wants to reply through chat (even though it states in the chat all replies are in 1 minute or less. I have took a screentshot and made a note of everything and all correspondence and if I don't get my spins within 48hrs i will contact the gambling commission in the UK and Malta who licence them to being able to operate and offer promotions etc in the UK where I reside.

Unjustified confiscation of winnings, terrible customer support
according to dreamjackpot.com I've
been found to breach bonus terms ,that I made a bet above 5 euro WHICH IS NOT TRUE! a made a cashout of 2000 euro went tru the standard procedure etc. I've send my documents etc. which I received a reply a couple of days later stating that my verification process was successful and my account was verified. but a couple of days later

I receive a email from them stating that I have breached bonus terms and bet above 5 euro etc WHICH I DIDNT ! and that they confiscated my winning cashout of 2000 euro

so I was outraged and replied right away and DEMANDED PROOF Which I never got !
because I got email from days after that stating that they are right (STILL NO PROOF THAT I ASKED FOR)
And that they were willing to offer me 300 euro as a sign of good faith..

but all I wanted is to see PROOF of my so called BREACH Of terms.??????

plus I went to their live chat so many times asking for help ..but never in my life have I seen a more incompetent unhuman chat support in my life!? no help just behaving like robots with the same line over and over and over like I was talking to auto answering machine??!

they kept saying "we cant do nothing, you have to wait 28 days for a response from the relevant department " 28 days??!! 28 days ??? for what???!
and that was repeated to 100 times?? by 10 different support agents ????( is this casino even serious???)

so I lost my temper and suddenly they block my account with no reason given???

so basically in a nutshell..
they took my 2000 euro cashout for something I didnt do ?.

they haven't send me proof ??? and every time I asked for it ..they completely ignored it..

and now they pushed me to the edge and then block my account aswel !!!????

please askgamblers.com help me get proof!! that I breached terms ...

I have recently joined https://www.dreamjackpot.com/en/ casino. I made a deposit of £100 and accepted a welcome bonus of 100%. Thus received a bonus of £100. I familiarized myself with the bonus terms and conditions prior to play. The maximum bet is £5. At no point did I breach the maximum bet during my game play. After completing the wagering requirement my final balance was £18,004.07. Dream Jackpot have voided these winnings and closed my account. Their email is as follows; "Your account has been found to be in breach of clause 7 (vi) of our Promotional Terms and Conditions: 7 (vi) The maximum bet allowed while the Welcome Bonus is in play is £5. Should You bet higher than this while the Welcome bonus is in play, the casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings. Therefore, your withdrawal has been cancelled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of £200 has been returned to your Visa card. In addition, after a review of your account by our compliance and risk team, it has become clear that you are attempting to abuse promotions. As per clause 13.3 of the general terms and conditions https://www.dreamjackpot.com/?page=terms the following actions have been taken. 1. Your account has now been terminated effective immediately. 2. Any remaining funds in your account have been returned to you - your deposit of £200. 3. You are banned from the group."
