Good evening. I found an interesting bookmaker that calls Dozenspins. Registered there, bet a lot of my money, lost something, won something. But on my first withdrawal 500 eur they disabled my account, when I got lucky and won big amount money.

The most interesting that amount that I won still less than the money I deposited. I ask you to help at this situation, support said to write on suppor­t@d­oze­nsp­ins.com but noone replies from there. Also they said that I got a message about my account but I didn't get anything. I ask you to help me return my own money and cancel Dozenspins unfair decision.

Updating thread.They sent me a message after i write to support,they said that i did a things,that i didnt do,they said i used arbitrage situations.I didnt know what is it before i read in internet yesterday and i can surely say that i never used something like this.I made bets on top matches on myself opinion,because i watch a lot basketball and tennis.Also i want to add that whole amount thay they took from me is 2475 eur and its my own money,not winnings,and also my account fully verified.After their message they dont reply to me anymore.

During the check of your gaming session, it turned out that you used almost the entire amount of your deposits for sports betting and applied the Value bets strategy, which is a violation of the rules of the project.

I dont know why you are thinking that betting full amount is something bad,i did it exactly because i can bet much more,but didnt want to hold all money on this account,exactly because i know if you have a lot of money on account ,bookmaker can block you and find some imaginary reason for block,like you did.Okay,you can unfairly block me,but i am asking to give me my own money back.I deposited 2500 euro ,you nulled all bets,2500 left on account.In your rules,you have 0 explanation or words,that you will confiscate my own money after you null bets.So honestly i will not return back to your company after things you did,just give me my own money back,and also i will delete all bad rewievs as misund­ers­tan­din­g.Also you can prove,that i made arbitrage bets,but now you say that i made some value bets.But i think,there is nothing to prove,because i did nothing like this and even didnt know what is it,return me my own money,i dont ask even your money,that i could possibly win.
