Bitcoin deposit still not credited after almost a week
Jan 24th I made a deposit to my account. The accept BTC exchanged to EUR , so I had some BTC left in a wallet and I deposited it to the address they provided on my deposits page. This amount was 0.0050084BTC or 45.68 EUR. This amount has not been credited to me.
I waited a day before following up with support, I understand sometimes BTC can be slow. This transaction was not returned to me and is marked as completed by my wallet and viewed on block-chain I can see it was delivered to the address.
on the 25th I inquired with support and was told I would be emailed an answer. I received nothing but silence from them, no update or no assurances that they were working on it, I have no confidence they are addressing this or even taking me seriously.
I followed up with support yesterday and received nothing of substance, just some meaningless platitudes about finance working on it and I would receive and email. I pressed them and was given a 24 hour window in which I was promised a response but low and behold nothing. I followed up again and I will admit I am getting angry by this point, given the same line about finance working on it.
This amount has also NOT been returned or bounced back to me , it has simply vanished.
This delay is unacceptable, I have provided on 2 occasions proof to support and I have multiple screenshots and proof of my deposit that I can provided to Askgamblers staff to verify my claims.
