It has been four days since the start of this delay, and I have not received a clear response from the casino's support team regarding the payout timeframe. I have repeatedly reached out to them requesting information about the status of my payout request, but I have only received generic responses stating that my issue is under review.
I would like to emphasize that such a delay puts me at a disadvantage and causes significant inconvenience. I have fully complied with all the rules and requirements of the casino, and I expected my winnings to be paid out within the specified timeframe.
Therefore, I am reaching out to you to kindly consider my situation and take necessary steps to ensure the prompt and fair payout of my winnings. I also request that measures be taken to prevent similar delays in the future and to ensure that the casino adheres to all relevant standards and rules set by your regulator.
I hope for a prompt and positive resolution to this situation.
