Withdrawal is slow
On the 1st January I made a 50€ deposit using Trustly and on the 2nd January I requested a 300€ withdrawal to Trustly.
And since then nothing has happened.
My account is fully verified and I have also previously made a withdrawal on the casino without any issues.
I have asked support if additional documents are needed from me to complete the withdrawal and their response was no.
The casino write on the website “Lightning fast withdrawals” and under faq how long time does a withdrawal take to process? Thru write usually within one hour.
I am fully aware that it is not always possible to do it that quick, but at this point it has been over five days.
When I asked chat support about the delay, their first response was “Payment provider issues” then second time I asked them it “we need to check gameplay” and then when I asked them third time “your account needs additional checks”
I have only played slots, and made sure to not exceed max bet rule and also made sure not to play any slots that are restricted in the terms while wagering a bonus.
So I hope to get the resolved asap 😊
