I made reload of 300 euros on All Jackpots casino and got a bonus / they sent me email about that bonus, inviting me in. I read all terms, because I always do that, and after that played slots, more precisely Couch potato and Wild orient. The luck was on my side and I hit and wagered an amount of 1581 euros. Now begin a drama. I sent my withdraw of 1581 euros on May 6, I sent my documents on May 9. On May 13 I received this mail from them/ Our Operations Team is requesting that you send through the following documentation: A Certified Copy of a Valid Certified Identification (Passport or Driver's License) A Certified Copy of a Proof of Address, indicating your Name, address and date (Bank Statement or Utility Bill that is not older than 3 months and is not an online statement). You can get your documents certified at your local police station./ I need some time to collect those document and I also must PAY FOR THEM 100 euros. I sent them my CERTIFIED documents on May 25. They ignored me and delayed payment until July 2, when they sent me mail about abusing bonus with no evidences. / As per our terms and conditions your account will remain closed. Regrettably you would be unable to reopen your account: "20. If I knew that, I would never play on that casino. I am wondering why were they asking for notorized if they already decided not to pay my withdraw. Hi, I’ve been a client of All Jackpots casino for many years. I recently won an amount over $7k. Understanding how the bonuses work, I played and played until I could withdraw most of it. I ended up with a withdrawal that was just over $5k. I requested that withdrawal be done on April 3 and didn’t think anymore on it. After that, I continued playing as normal. I made several more deposits and won $1 k. I requested a withdraw of that $1 k on April 5th. None of that money has been released to me yet. Skip forward to April 9, I contacted the casino because the money still had not been deposited into my ewallet. It was during that live chat that I saw the $5k withdrawal had been returned to me. I asked them what the issue was and they requested ID to verify my identity. I was upset because there was no email or phone call regarding their request for ID... Just a delay and a fund reversal. I emailed my ID to them that day but ended up wagering $1k out of the $5k. Knowing that I did not want to lose all that money back to them, I stopped logging in while my remaining $4k money was available to be withdrawn. On April 11, I was advised that the documents I submitted to prove my ID were accepted and my payment would be realeased. On April 12th I asked if they could expedite that. They replied no (which I expected). On April 13 I asked why I still did not see my credit in my ewallet. They replied to me in April 14 to advise that withdrawal may take “24-96 hours to process”. It is now April 17 and I still do not have that money. I am concerned they’ll find another reason to hold onto my winnings and I’ll won’t receive them without taking legal action. I feel like their holding my winnings hostage and are looking for any reason to not pay them out. Despite being a 10+ year customer to All Jackpots and a platinum member, I will never do business with them again! I strongly urge anyone gambling on this site to switch to a more customer focused and trustworthy company. Value of claim: $5051.32

Hello - at first I was reluctant to submit information requested for verification as I am afraid of identity theft however I finally did. Should have read reviews first and stayed clear of All Jackpots! I hate the fact that I have been trying to cash out $200 and the money keeps being placed back into my account. I have sent in verification documents and it still happens. Support sent me the email below on Sep 9. On Sep 12 I checked my account and the $200 was back so I emailed to follow-up and also withdrew again. It would be nice if something was said however not one word from All Jackpots. Since I changed my cash out method I had to deposit again. I give up. Worse service I have ever had and for $200!!! I have cashed out of their casino on October 8th, it is now about three weeks later and they have been sending me the same auto-denial responses. I have sent in the documents multiple times, both in the software and to the emails, and even got a response back confirming it, for the second time. I have just got another auto denial message saying they do not have my documents yet I think this is the sixth or seventh time. It is frustrating and a large waste of time. I've been playing at All Jackpots for about 2 years. Since then i made at least 12 withdrawals. Since i play at lot of casinos i don't specifically remember if sent my documents to All Jackpots, but they made to me at least 12 payments, so i must have sent them a while ago. On the 29th of September i made a 203,95€ withdrawal. On the 3rd of October they asked for my documents so i sent them in the same day. A couple of days later i received an email saying that they received my documents and my withdrawal would processed soon. (The same was said to me in the casino software chat). Today (7 of October) the 203,95€ were put back on my account. I went to the chat and i was told that they didn't received my documents. Tired of this i decided that i was going to play that amount e then ask to close my account. Luckily i doubled my money and decided to proceed again with the withdrawal. I sent again my documents to [email protected] and to [email protected] I sent them 2 times. One with various jpeg files and other with a single pdf file. Now i have a pending withdrawal of 400€.

Received loyalty points in the form of bonus funds. Completely played through this amount till absolute 0. 10 days later won some money with a new and fresh deposit of me without any bonus included. Cannot make a withdrawal cause there are wagering requirements. From the played through bonus and while I'm already playing 100% my own money. Support playing for fool the last 2 weeks. They are not answering as why they are any of this requirements but only that I have to continue playing to meet them.

I have been playing for some time already at All Jackpots. I would consider myself a high roller and I never had problems with this casino. Lately I gambled a little more than I should. I lost 5000€ but then I deposited again and I was able to get back to a balance of 9600€. I did not play with a bonus. I did not get any message from the casino but when I contacted them, they said they need my documents. I said that I already sent those in 2013 and they told me those have been deleted and I need to send them again. Strange I thought, but I did as they told me. When they received all my documents, they told me my account is locked and my withdrawals confiscated for "discrepancies on the account".

I received an email from all jackpots saying ...Andrew depoist now and you will receive 150% bonus and if thats not enough i.ll throw in an extra $10 . So i depoisted and received nothing i contacted online chat who admitted that sendin me the email was a mistake from the casnio cause i did not qualify for that bonus . But it was not possible to give me the bonuses the email had promised .

I then contacted [email protected] , emails went back and forth eventually they asked for a copy of the email .. then today they sent the email back and said if you depoist again we can give u 150% bonus but not the extra $10 . I got on live chat where i spoke to sid who told me i will NOT BE gettin any bonus and pretty much stop complaining as ive only depoisted once ... it got pretty heated and at the dnd when i tried to rate the chat i was unable to.
If a casnio sends and email and i do as that email says then why should that casnio be able to say na your not getting it .. its not a big bonus but its the principle of the matter

I've been trying to get them to lock my account and I'm having a hard time. They told me I need to print and sign a paper and send it back to them. I don't have a printer so I am unable to do that. I need to take a break from gaming so I need my account closed right away. Can u please help ensuring this will happen? Thanks
