I received an email from all jackpots saying ...Andrew depoist now and you will receive 150% bonus and if thats not enough i.ll throw in an extra $10 . So i depoisted and received nothing i contacted online chat who admitted that sendin me the email was a mistake from the casnio cause i did not qualify for that bonus . But it was not possible to give me the bonuses the email had promised .
I then contacted mailers@gaminghelp.eu , emails went back and forth eventually they asked for a copy of the email .. then today they sent the email back and said if you depoist again we can give u 150% bonus but not the extra $10 . I got on live chat where i spoke to sid who told me i will NOT BE gettin any bonus and pretty much stop complaining as ive only depoisted once ... it got pretty heated and at the dnd when i tried to rate the chat i was unable to.
If a casnio sends and email and i do as that email says then why should that casnio be able to say na your not getting it .. its not a big bonus but its the principle of the matter

I.ll leave the comversation saying this : The issue was not resolved nor was i happy with it .
1 . The online support at all jackpots didnt even look at the terms and conditions
2 . After about 6 emails the GM sent an email saying look after this guy
3 . They re-offered me the deal and asked me to depoist again
4. The team leader gave me a $14 good will bonus .
So after all that ALL JACKPOTS have no idea what there doing .
NOT TO BE TRUSTED .
