Refusing and deliberately stalling to close account
I already did a complain but that was rejected because i didn't had no proof. The problem is that i wrote them an email on 28 february to close my account. You have to sent a email on their website using a form so you cant proof that you sent the email (i think thats the whole purpose why they use this webform so you don't have any proof)
I didn't get any answer so my acount was not closed and i could still deposit (and play) what i don't wont. Unfortunately i could not resist and did several deposits after 28 february and i wont a refund of these deposits.
first proof; Look at my review on 1 march, there i already tell the same story.
second proof; on all reviews this year Playamo gave a comment, except on my review. They could have seen that i wont to close my account but
probably they deliberately ignored me.
third proof; i sent again an email but this time i have made screenshots of it. This time also no answer and i can still acces my account.
Its so clear that they deliberately ignore requests if you wont to close your account (i'm not the first one with this problem) and thats why i wont a refund of my deposits after 28 february.
