I made a $50 deposited at Cleopatra casino on the 14th by neosurf. It's now the 16th and my funds are still pending. I have been on live chat a fair bit and have received nothing but "you'll just have to wait" by the support agents. I have provided them with uploaded documents and they have still not given me anything to go off as to why this is happening.
