All of my Verfication documents including the card I made the transaction with. I made a withdrawal with Casumo on 27th nov 2020 but they still make excuses and don’t process my withdrawal they are holding onto my balance with illegal practice please could you sort this out and get my withdrawal processed from Casumo ASAP as they are failing to verify me. Please I need the money as I’m sticking with depression they are holding onto my funds for no reason!!! Passport provided as well as my drivers license. Sent them emails everyday from 27th nov till 10th dec. screen shots added of emails, they promised to pay and then are failing to verify me with more excuses each time. There withdrwal time is 1-5 days and they promised to pay out by 5th dec and send me and email that they are cancelling my withdrwal. Please help!

Although they have not replied here, but the manager Mia has confirmed that they have manually processed my withdrawal on 10th dec and it can take 1-5 working days. I will let you know if I get the funds as it’s hard to believe them as they confirmed 3 times that they have now accepted my documents and verified my identity and have happily processed the withdrwal. Let’s see what happens. I have added a screen shot. If I get the withdrawal to my account I will let you guys know.

I have still not received any withdrawal as promised, still waiting. It states 1-5 working days.
I have been waiting since 27th November 2020.
You manually processed my withdrawal after successfully verifying me and my documents according to your manager Mia my withdrawal was processed on the 10th of December 2020 and today is now 14th dec which means if I don’t have my withdrawal in by tommorow this was total lies as it falls in between 1-5 days!

It seems there has been a bit of a misunderstanding with withdrawal times here - we're really sorry about that!
If you request a withdrawal directly from your Casumo account and our team processes it, the waiting time is anywhere between 1-5 business days. However, if your account is closed for any reason and our payments team has to initiate the transaction themselves, then it can take up to 10 business days to reach your bank account - it seems that this is the case with your withdrawal.

after so much complaining and hassle they have finally decided to send the money over via instant bank transfer! I don’t recommend this place at all!!! It’s a nightmare hub! Thanks ask gamb for your support!
