Hi. I have had troubles with withdrawal at casumo since last January. They promised to send all my funds mid May.

I only received 3 out of 5 payments. The last two is still not paid.

They are not in my casumo account nor in my bank account. I have been waiting for 6 weeks now. I will link some of my correspondence with casumo.

Firstly I'm sorry to hear you've had some difficulties in this process but we're glad you have reached out to us about this. Unfortunately, I can't look up or share account-related information here due to data protection.

That said, I can see from the screenshots provided this may be related to some slowdowns or potentially, technical issues with the payment service provider. As mentioned by my colleague Mats we, unfortunately, have a lot less influence on payment arrival once this has been sent from our side, however, we'll always do what we can to assist and enquire what the issue may be to see what can be done to help ensure these funds reach you.

I would be happy to assist you further and look into this for you if you can send an email to [email protected] just request to Jay's attention in either the subject and or body of the message.

I responded to the casumo email writing this:

"Hi, as stated in the complaint I have waited for the 2x 5000 euro withdrawals since mid May. I feel as there has been no progress or willingness to resolve this. I can't remember to have played at a casino and had as much trouble to simply withdraw, as with casumo. Hope this can be resolved asap. Please contact me if you need anything from my side. Have a good day!"

They say the payment is being processed. I have not received anything yet though. I ask for the complaint to be extended another 48 hours for extra time for casumo.

Not received anything as of yet. I have suggested to casumo to payout to my muchbetter account. Hope to hear from them soon.
