On 9th April I registered with Casumo to tempt my chance. I deposited and won £1k on the same day. The next day Casumo requested verification of ownership of the accounts used to deposit the money. I quickly provided that to them. I received notification that my account needed additional verification, 7 times I have provided the same documents. Council tax proving my address went through, same passports documents and photo uploaded approved at 5th time. Now the remaining document is a PayPal statement which shows the deposit drawn down from my bank account. This document has also been uploaded so many times that their last request needed my name/surname on the statement which is showing. I have also uploaded the same statement via the chatroom where I am spending my time understanding the delay.

While uploading the document via their website, they still send me a notification that my account will be suspended? This morning, I have again sent an email with the attached documents including my bank statement proving transactions and deposit from my bank statement to PayPal. I am spending my time on the chat to understand why is there a delay and every time they apologize. This is inconceivable that players are in the situation. I have to abide to the rules and provided all necessary information. As a first-time player, this is so frustrating to face this slow in processing a payment or verifying an account. I'm starting to get anxious as I'm constantly checking up on my emails and logging into the account to see my status and spending every time talking with their chatroom to have an update. We are now 15th April, 6 days after registering to their website I am still chasing my withdrawal

I just want clear information:

When will the verification end and when will my funds be processed and paid out into my bank.

I have also a daily transcript of the chatroom, an email sent to Casumo to evidence the constant chasing with the casino

The complaint has been resolved and the withdrawal sent today after so many back and forth with Casumo
