Delayed payment for no reason
Hello, despite submitting all the required documents for verification and having my casumo account fully verified also having never accepted any of their bonuses they are still delaying my withdrawal.
The only methods I have used depositing money at Casumo was PaySafe and my fully verified Neteller account .
when I requested my withdrawal they asked me to submit my bank account details as well even though my bank account has never been used to deposit any money there.
I kindly asked them why they don’t send my money back to my Neteller but they said No it has to go back to your bank even thought it never came from my bank in the first place !
I have never experienced any issues like this at any other casino I have ever played since my Neteller account has always been accepted as a withdrawal method and I have sent screen shot of my Neteller account to them as well .
Even though I did not understand why they could not send my money back to my Neteller account I gave them my bank account details only to be told they do not accept this bank either because it is a brirish bank and not Irish bank ( I live in Ireland ). My bank has been in Ireland to years and thousands of Irish residents have this bank account . I phoned my bank twice and they said they never heard anything like that . So I have no idea what to do now ? They refused to send my through to my Neteller and they are refusing to send it to my bank as well ? I have screen shots of my conversations with their support agents , screen shots of my current balance there . Please help me make them understand they have to accept either my bank or Neteller . I don’t have any way of receiving this money . Thanks
