I wanna complaint regarding the long waiting time for my withdrawals. Attached you find a screenshot, where you can see, that my withdrawals have been placed on May 5th and May 6th from myself. Also attached you see, that my account verification was successfully on May 17th. Since this point, I only received one withdrawal out of three. The other two one are still in pending.
Additionally I was told serveral times, that my pending withdrawals will be processed this week. But this is until now just a rumour.
Please help me to get my withdrawals done. Thank you.

I received an email by yesterday that my withdrawals are processed. They still shows up on your webpage as status "processing". Until now nothing arrived on my bank account.
