I have been trying to withdraw money for almost a month. I have received the same answer several times, that the money will be in the account inn 3 to 5 days, After 5 days when the money is still not in the account they answer the same, but nothing happens.I have also had many withdrawals rejected. They have a long treatment time, and it is not possible to withdraw larger sums. Responses from customer service are not very specific and it seems that they answer the same every time
