Hello, I have requested self-exclusion for gambling addiction but no one has ever listened to any of my requests.

I tried to contact their online site but I can not. I have never received a reply email and I demand my deposits returned. I am attaching all the files in my possession and I kindly ask you to give me a hand in this regard. Really bad experience and total abandonment.

They have no answers for us pathological gamblers.

Good morning, I would like to take the liberty of making a note. The way of mediation has been tried several times. Never an answer, never a nod. They even hinted at a confidentiality agreement, without authorization and without being aware of it. I have all the conversations saved where you will practically only see my sent emails.
