I signed up to casinoin on the 7th of July and deposited €200 for their welcome bonus. Things went well and after I completed wagering I had a balance of €4704 on the 8th of July.
At this point no documents were requested so I put in a withdrawal of their max daily amount(€2000) I heard nothing until the 10th of July when I got an email saying withdrawal failed. I contacted support and was sent a list of documents I needed to send in(including a selfie with the site and my passport both visible). I sent these in on the 12th of July to their email.
I then heard nothing so contacted them again on the 15th of July and was told they hadn't received my documents, so I sent them in again while on live chat and had confirmation that they had been received. Ever since then when I contact them they tell me it can take up to 14 business days to verify, well it has been a lot more than 14 business days now and still nothing, all withdrawals get rejected.
