casino euro confiscated my winnings of 6000 euro saying i was violated bonus rules and this is completely not true!i was playing Roulette and then slots and i was lucky to win there,Suddenly they locked my account as well without even let me know about that!i was client in this casino more then 4 years and this is how they treat there good clients?please help me to get justice here!

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that CasinoEuro management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
When the customer contacted us back in April 2014, we provided the customer with the information that the account had been closed permanently due to breach of our terms. This decision was taken in accordance with the following terms from the time when the account was closed:
* No player may have more than one account. If CasinoEuro detects a guest with more than one account we reserve the right to combine all funds to one account and close the other(s). Bonuses given to superfluous accounts will be removed.
* Bonuses are to be enjoyed as an extension of a guest's playing experience, and should be enjoyed as such. CasinoEuro reserves the right to review any guest account after two months of play to ensure game play is within these generally accepted guidelines. Those found to be abusing bonuses will be welcome to continue playing, but will not be eligible for further bonuses.
* CasinoEuro reserves the right to revoke and/or cancel any bonuses we judge may have been obtained by misuse of the system.
* CasinoEuro reserves the right to change the structure of the bonus program at any time.
11.2. If CasinoEuro suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Website; or in breach of this Agreement; or that You are having problems with creditors or otherwise detrimental to our business, we may freeze or terminate Your account or cancel any stakes at our absolute discretion.
