Withdrawal requested two weeks ago still not received

To keep it short: I won a good amount of money on www.casinosieger.com in March. To be exact: 2150 EURO. Initially I wanted to make a withdrawal and there were some problems with the bonus I did not use correctly according to them. This was solved later and I needed to make a new withdrawal.
I did make this new withdrawal on 5 April 2019. I received an email from Casino Sieger my withdrawal was accepted. Later Lilly from Casino Sieger emailed me on 14 April 2019 that the company did sent my payment, as I sent a ticket because I had not received anything for more than a week then. She told me they done the payment on 11 April 2019, and it would take 2-5 business days to arrive.
Fast forward to yesterday, the payment should be done now, as 18 April 2019 would be the maximum it would've taken. Not received anything. I go back in the livechat and Angie tells me I need to wait till tomorrow (today) and if I did not receive anything I need to sent them bank statement from 11.04 to 19.04 and they can look into this. Today I go back in the chat and she tells me the same.
After that I contact my bank, and tell the lady on the contact support the story. She tells me there is no possibility the money is still underway as it takes at maximum 3-5 business days to transfer money across the world through banks. Within SEPA, it's max. 1 business day.
Then I sent the support at Casino Sieger an email with my bank statement that confirms that I didn't receive anything and now I open this complaint to speed up the process. I think their service is really bad and they should be ashamed to keep my money like this and tell me they transferred it already on the 11 of April.
I will attach files of the email the lady from Casino Sieger sent me stating the money has been transferred.
I kindly ask you guys to help me with this issue, as it is a lot of money and it is not legit from them to do these things and keep my money.
