Hello,
I have won a amount off 1150 euro on 11-11-20 and i made a cashout on that day and send all the info to verify my account. After a few days i went to the livechat again and asked them why it takes so long and i get like standard responses. At 19-11-20 they told me in the live chat that they had send me a email on the 15th of this month for requesting extra information. So i send them the extra information and today i went to the livechat and asked them again why it takes so long. Just let them verify me in the chat what is added its today chat and there u will read that he wants me to send another document what i have already send.

I recieved the money finnaly it only took almost 3 weeks but i got it. My advise for other players who wants 2 play this site just avoid it there are much better options. Verifying takes for ever and then the live chat they just ignore u if u ask questions they just talk about other stuff or act like they dont understand the question. So just dont play this site i play +15 years online on different gamble sites and this site is by far the worst site i have ever seen.
