Stalling €4,000 payment without any valid reason
Dear Ask gamblers,
Please assist me with the complaint on Casino Sieger that is stalling payments.
On the 4th of May i won 4000 euro's in this casino and withdraw the full amount. After a very long and painfull verification process i was told my withdraw would be processed in installments. The 1st pay-out i recieved on the 18th of May and the second installment on the 1st of June. But nothing has hit my bank-account ( SEPA transactions are done in the same day with my bank ) today and after contacting support they could not tell me when and how much the pay-out will be done as they are hiding behind finance department.
Please assist me in getting my winnings which seems to be a problem with this casino's in all complaints and reviews.
