Payment got 'lost' on the way from the casino to my bank account
On the 4th of May 2020 I've requested a withdrawal of 800 Euro from the Casino Sieger. The withdrawal was accepted by the casino two days later. According to the T&C's it should take from 2 to 5 working days for the money to be booked into the bank account.
On the 13th of may Ive asked the LiveChat - employee of the casino about the withdrawal. She said the money should be booked in my account by the end of May 14th.
On the morning on 15th of May the money still wasn't there. Once again I've asked on LiveChat about the withdrawal. The employee asked for my bank account statement, which I provided directly.(I attach it as well onto this complaint) Ive asked for the management to contact me, which never happened.
Thats why I want to ask AskGamblers.com for help to resolve this manner.
