Payment delayed for nearly a month
I have won a total of 4300€ at Sieger on the 6th of February 2020, playing Mystic Mirror. Ive been playing on this casino for awhile now, depositing my money there in diffrent ways - using my bank account (german and english), paysafecard, or Muchbetter. Ive never withdrawn money there, although I requested withdrawals and cancelled all of them to play the won amounts of money again. (As seen on pictures).
After winning this 4300 i requested a withdrawal of 1000€ to my MuchBetter account. After 4 days without a Acceptance of the withdrawal I decided to write the support. They replied that they wrote me an e-mail requesting documents to verificate my account. I never received such email (double-checked all the folders (junk, spam, deleted mails, etc.).
Ive kindly ask them to please send it again. The e-mail came after two days. I replied immediately attaching all the necessary documents. Next couple of days waiting, after which I got a reply, in which I was asked to send more documents (proofs of payment, bank card pictures and "proof of the city").
I provided the necessary documents and asked them to explain to me, what does "proof of the city" mean.
In the meantime I studied the terms and conditions from Sieger and found, that the first withdrawal has to be done to a "bank account belonging to the player and from which the deposit has been made". So on the 16th of February I cancelled the withdrawal to MuchBetter account and requested the same amount (1000€) to be withdrawn to my bank account bei Sparkasse. Pictures attached.
Couple days later I received an answer from the casino in which the explained that the "proof of the city" means that I just have to say, in which city I live.
Ireplied with the name of the city and kindly told them, that this information, which apparently held the whole verification process was in every single document I provided them.
I waited a couple more days and seeing that the withdrawal request Ive made has not been processed, I kindly asked about the progress in verification of my account.
The last reply from the support was on the ........ and it said, that my account is still not verified, but they are working on it.
As for today (4.3.2020), my account is still not verified and the withdrawal request ist still on hold. It has been nearly a month from my win and I am not able to get a single cent of it. In the meantime I managed to play and win couple more times and as for today (4.3.2020) I have 5500€ besides the withdrawal request i made.
I have a serious concern that for some reasons I wont be able to withdraw any of it. Even though I did not do anything wrong, provided everything they needed and being really kind and nice to them.
I really hope You can help me to resolve this issue.
