Verification delay and pending withdrawal

I joined casino gods and really enjoyed playing. I won £3000 9 days ago and was asked to verify my account. I have sent all the correct documents and my account still hasn’t been verified.


I’m getting really worried that I will not receive my withdrawal.


I did manage to speak on live chat and they told me that they would contact the correct department as they could see I had uploaded documents.


I have still not had my account verified.

Update

I’ve been asked to self excluded from Casino Gods on live chat yesterday. I was given an option of 6months, 12 months or a permanent self exclusion. I decided to take a permanent exclusion as I really not happy with the service. I was then sent an email about gambling addictions, which I find very upsetting as this is not the case, I just would like my withdrawal. I was told this will not effect my withdrawal, but still no sign of any withdrawal.
