Still no payment of 1724 win on 6th April
Dear Askgamblers, I am hoping you can help me here.
3 weeks ago (I think it was the 5th or 6th of April) I signed up at Casino Gods. They had a welcome bonus advertised, £300 bonus when you deposit £300, which I decided to participate in. I made the full deposit of £300 and played slots. I played £5 bets and managed to finish the wagering requirement with the sum of £1724. I have attached the evidence of my date of registration and my deposit, however I trust you understand I cannot currently prove my withdrawal amount as my account is locked.
I received an email within a day or two asking for my documents, including some odd requests, such as a picture of me holding a piece of paper stating "For use at Casino Gods only" with the date and my signature. Fine, no problem, I sent it all immediately. I have attached evidence of these requests, and also evidence of my compliance with them.
Since then the only email I have had is to say my account is still under a routine security review. I have attached evidence of this too.
I would like my payment to be processed today.
