Not paying me out

I was wondering if you can help me
I made withdrawal request dating from the 1st of May and submitted my verification documents when requested on the 8th May i then received an email stating that my selfie picture holding my ID was too small
I resubmitted a larger one and never heard anything and my withdrawal remained pending i sent this on the 13 may
Then on the 19th May i tried to log in to my account and received the message my account was blocked
I contacted chat about his and they said the relevant department was looking in to it but mentioned again about my selfie being too small
Again i entered chat and they had no updates yet informed me that the selfie i had sent was too small to i sent support a new selfie of me holding my id on the 21st May
I took another selfie with my ID and submitted that on the 21st of May and again heard nothing back from the verification team
I contact chat nearly everyday to be told the same thing that he relevant department is handling the case
When i was in chat on the 25th May it was with Darko and i asked if the verification team had received my document and he informed me yes they had and also informed me that my account was verified and he would open a case to reactivate my account(chat dated 25th May at 01:23-01:31) attached
I have spoken with support on the phone also as they had to ask a few security questions which i answered which was Sunday the 31st May
I received an email from support(Karl)on the 1st June stating I have had a look into this for you. After checking your account, I can see that your withdrawal is currently under review. I would like to thank you for your patience & you will receive an email once complete and with any necessary updates
I have received another email this AM saying there are no updates
I cannot understand what the hold up is now as like i said my account is now verified and i have spoken with support directly
Can you please help with this issue as i am hearing the same thing each time i get something back
I must state that chat do what they can when i am in there but there hands seemed to be tied as they have to go through different departments
