Not able to withdraw my funds

Hello Askgamblers,

I recently have joined CasinoGods casino, I made a deposit and so far I'm aware I have been verified myself trough IDIN, Now I made a withdrawal of and outstanding balance of 57€, when I wanna make the withdrawal, this is not going to be processed nor even be a pending withdrawal, they refuse to accept the withdrawal and it's gets straight to my balance. As they are telling me that there department is checking this and will reply to my once they have information, but I'm fully aware this not going to happen, the support wasnt really helpful. I want to make a withdrawal with trustly or banktransfer wich should be no problem.

So again askgamblers I would like to ask you to get me my funds, as I feel this going to be stalled for a decent amount of time as they stated also within 24 hours. But as they not even taken my withdrawal it has no point to process as they refuse my withdrawal. The fact that support diddent really made serious issue about this im doing it this way.

I have 2 screenshot so you can see yourself after I have made the withdrawal my balance keeps the same and the pending withdrawal page keeps empty.

I want to thank you for changing the fact you stayed in contact with me, I also want to thank you that you have paid me within your terms and conditions, this is something I do appriciate even I saw all the complaints and gave a me a little axienty. I have received my payment on my bank account.

Thank you again for taking my complaint to public, I'm glad everything is been solved. I also want to state about the withdrawal that was not able to be pending was a issue on my end after all because there was a bug or glitch in my cache and cookies wich also did not register my withdrawal proper.

My case is solved, and also honest side the reviews that are on the web everywhere are not always fair and square wich made me also think different I hope CasinoGods gets a second change in the meaning to do it right as it should.

thank you for contacting us.

Please note that we checked your account and we can see that the reason why the withdrawal was declined was that, in order to be compliant to antimoney-laundering rules, every customer has to request the withdrawal via the same method used to deposit and the winnings are coming from, this is why you have been informed via email to request again the withdrawal to the right payment method.

We can see that the withdrawal was requested from your self on the 2nd of June and that the same one was approved the day after 3rd of June 2020, in line with the timeframe provided by for every Withdrawal request.

We hope this clarified everything, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further information.

Alright Askgamblers!

New update as by my own look and information and questioning the support they have processed my withdrawal yesterday the 3th of June,

I want to keep in place that I have found out myself it's been processed and approved because I checked myself. I did not revived any confirmation by email that my withdrawal is been approved or processed, it should be arriving my bank account by today. If this is the case I'll will give an update, if not I'll let you know to.

The issue is not solved yet untill I have my balance in my bank account.
