€2,000 payment delayed for over a week, no response from customer service

Hello AG,

I wagered a deposit bonus on Casino Gods through 24.-25.4. After the bonus was wagered, I proceed to withdraw the money (over 2000 euros).

Next day, the casino informed me that the withdrawal amount with this bonus is limited to 2000 euros. This was fine, of course. I made a new withdrawal with the amount of 2000 euros (Trustly). On the 27th, they cancelled the withdrawal because I didn't use the same method I deposited this time around (EUteller). However, the withdrawal process did not offer this method when I tried to make the withdrawal. They offered only Trustly and MiFinity (bitcoin). I sent them an email about this and their customer service representative replied that they have received my message and will forward this issue to the financial department. I made a new withdrawal request via Trustly on the 29th. This withdrawal request is still pending, and they haven't responded to my queries for a week. Their live chat is busy or only chat bot available every time I have tried to reach them on different time of the day.

My account has been verified and I have made previous withdrawals via Trustly with no problems. I have never had any similar issues with Casino Gods so this is very odd. I have tried to be reasonable and have tried to contact them during this process but no avail.

I usually don't mind if the process times stretch a little bit IF the customer service is available and answering mails and keeping me in the loop. But this kind of customer support is totally unacceptable.

I hope this complaint will resolve this issue, because it's a lot of money.

The withdrawal has been finally processed and the money has been paid to my bank account. This matter is RESOLVED. Thank you.

After almost 4 days I uploaded the requested documents, I have now received an email....that they are reviewing the documents and will process them "as soon as possible" and I am "top priority at Casino Gods".

Yeah right. Unbelievable.

UPDATE:

Yesterday, Casino Gods asked additional documents for account verification after 8 days of silence. I uploaded the requested documents. They have been under processing for 24 hours. I'm now waiting for the account verification & withdrawal processing. It's been 12 days since my first withdrawal attempt. Let's see how this progresses.
