Delayed verification which led to a FALSE bonus breach claim

I signed up to this casino on Saturday July 27th 2019 deposited played like normal lost which is fine but as part of the welcome bonus i am entitled to 30 spins daily for 10 days on day 3 of that promotion on Tuesday July 30th I managed to sit and wager the entire amount and left myself with $94 or something like that i decided to withdraw $80.00 to trustly which i thought would be super quick as that's the whole point of trustly and buy a white rabbit bonus for $10.00 AFTER!!! (PLEASE SEE LINK BELOW) the withdrawal was in progress.

The next day July 31st i got asked for verification which was a little strange as the new UKGC asks for this BEFORE i am allowed to play (so i thought i was already verified as i play on there other sister sites) after 2 days i got told that my passport picture was declined very strange as i have used this picture as proof for well over 5 years and again on there sister sites genesis / vegas hero none the less i did as they asked provided 2 brand new documents fully clear nothing for 72 hours today then i got an email today Monday 5th of Aug stating "I have checked with the relevant department and i was informed that the reason for confiscation was irregularities during the game play, please be advised that there is a number of reasons where an irregularity might occur during game play which is mentioned in the bonus terms and conditions, please refer to the term number 15

Now this is a huge surprise i never bet more then minimum bet as i am a low key gambler and do it for fun and to relax so i never play casino table games so its impossible for me to place irregular betting where i am guaranteed money back etc they can't tell me what game what time what day anything of the sort.

The biggest shock is that i previous got told 4 days prior on Thursday 1st of Aug that my withdrawal has been APPROVED checked and verified (see attached photo) so why was this breach not talked about then? why all of a sudden feels like because i didn't reverse they had to do something else feels very strange weird and strange. I am a very low stakes player like i mentioned so i am not trying to run away with $1000's here I would just like the funds i know i deserve.

Attachments are the support telling me my withdrawal was confirmed / accusation of the bonus term i broke / time of withdrawal and then also the time i bought the white rabbit bonus which was AFTER the withdrawal time! Link is to provide my entire gaming history! and clear that the white bonus buy was with REAL funds thus not remotely an irrigating during bonus player as you can clearly see i bet the minimum amount every spin of my bonus funds!


I just would like to know where the irregular game play is? They can close the account even if its unjustifiable because its there right to do so but surely they can't allow me to play let me win then decide to close the account and void winnings without a justifiable reason I think there is evidence beyond reasonable doubt so please help ask gamblers.

Well first of all that is not what you claimed and that is not what you forfeited funds for surely your not allowed to be making up more excuses and more terms now it was pretty clear the reason you told me was for irregularities in bets now you're saying a different reason? how on earth could you claim what your claiming with evidence? me and my partner both play on your sites and log in from the same IP when we are together sometimes at my place sometime at his but we never have played on each other's account that is the whole point and reason we each have our own accounts.

I hope other's can see this as an example to stay away all this over $60.00 god help if somebody won a decent amount here.

I honestly don't see what more evidence is needed then what i have already provided you choose not to respond for over 2 weeks now all of a sudden you have evidence even after i have asked 4 times for an explanation of the irregularity in my betting during the wagering.


I look forward to seeing the outcome of this.
