Account suspension, payments taking too long

Registered on this site on the 6th February 2020 , took advantage of the 100% match bonus . Played £2 stakes and was lucky enough to win £825 before I hit bonus money . I decided to withdraw £500 and cancel the bonus . I continued to play with the winnings I left in my account and had one of those lucky days , banking £4500 . Next day account was suspended awaiting verification, this process took 2 weeks of back and forth different documents until finally I was verified. Thought this would be it , no I was wrong . My account is still suspended and when you talk to support you get sent round in circles . They promise through chat and 1 email they will phone you but they dont . This has been going on for a month now and still no answers or contact from the casino . This is very frustrating .

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Casino Gods management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions

12.1.1.. Sharing account credentials or joint use with other players or entities and Colluding with other third parties;
 14.3. The company may refuse to open an account or may opt to close a players’ account which has already been opened at its own discretion. Notwithstanding this all contractual obligations already undertaken or entered into will be honoured. Where the company or the player decides to close an account the remaining real money funds shall be returned to the method of deposit originally used and an administration fee of 3% charged, with a minimum fee of $2.50 or equivalent in the players own currency.

Based on the above mentioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I have read your terms and conditions 12.1 and 14.3 . To be honest with you since you decided to suspend my account over 5 weeks ago , I made sure to read the terms and conditions. I ask again for you to send me the information you have that suggests there is a 3rd partie involvement . I reject your accusations that I'm involved with a 3rd partie . Again another excuse not to pay out what I believe is due .

Please note that we reviewed once again your case and we can confirm that your account will remain closed due to a breach of our T&Cs, especially clauses 12.1. and 14.3. We invite you to double-check them in order to avoid any misunderstanding.

Please note also that your deposits have been correctly refunded and winnings voided.

That's great hopefully , they will see that there is no third parties involved and your just using it as an excuse not to pay out .
