Withdrawal Delay No Updates from Candybet Since Request
I would like to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Candybet casino.
I submitted my withdrawal request on 28/05/2026 at 18:25:47, and since that time I have received no updates, no communication, and no status change regarding my request.
According to Candybet’s own Terms & Conditions (see attached screenshot), withdrawal processing times can take up to 24 hours. However, this timeframe has clearly been exceeded, and there has been no explanation provided for the delay.
This lack of transparency and communication is concerning. I expect:
A clear update on the status of my withdrawal
An explanation for the delay beyond the stated 24-hour processing time
Immediate processing of my withdrawal request
