Hello, I confirm that I was paid, but only when I changed the payment method from Skrill to Crypto.... I waited 48 hours for the payment from Skrill, although it was clearly stated that the payment would be made within an hour or never longer than 24 hours. If I had not changed the payment to Crypto, I believe that I would still not have been paid.... As far as I am concerned, you can close this case, but I ask Candybet Casino to clearly state the payment time so that such cases do not occur. Candybet on your second post,of course, I wouldn't have changed the payment method, if you hadn't delayed the payment so much, and if the customer service hadn't kept repeating and finding excuses

We would also like to add:
in line with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy requirements, withdrawals should be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. Requesting withdrawals via a different method may result in additional checks or delays.

To avoid similar situations in the future, we kindly ask that withdrawal requests are not canceled once submitted and that the same payment method is used whenever possible.
