Cancelled my withdrawal, unfairly accusing me of breaching max bet rule

Hey, i made an account on Miami dice and got their ''welcome bonus %200'', i read all the rules and the one they say i broke is that one that if you bet higher then 50 sek when you welcome bonus is in play, all money you win will be cancelled.
So i made a withdraw of 50 000 sek, 3 diffrent withdraws 40 000 sek, 3500 sek and 6500 sek, and had 15 000 sek left on my balance. So the next day i got the email that said i broke the rule becuse i bet higher then 50 sek, im 99 % sure i havent bet higher then 50 sek when the bonus was in play.
So i went to the livechat and talkt to a nice dude there, he lookt in to my account and find 2 spins, i lookt it up in my history, and he saw wrong, he thaugt i bet 174kr and 54 kr on two spins but when i lookt in my history i saw that thats was not true. 174 kr and 54 kr was winning. The bet on the spins were 18 kr. So he said he couldnt find any wrong, so he send it back to the economy. I ask him to tell economy to atleast se me the date and what time my high spins where on so i could lookt in to my history. Next day i got an email saying exactly at the first one, that i broke the rule and thats why my withdraw is cancelled. No date of the spin, no time.
Its hard to go through all your game history by yourself on Miami dice, but i lookt thru my history and i havent seen any high bet. I talk to the chat again and they said they cant see any high bet. So they send in to to another supports and thats just goes aroung and i dont get any answers.
Really all im asking for is the date and time for the spins i bet to high, why is that so hard to get? So i can see with my own eyas that i broke some rule. I have wait for 3 days for a answer now.
