I registered 2 months ago on a corporate resource, played in a casino and made like 1 or 2 bets, requested a withdrawal, and more than a month has passed since then of verification and request for unnecessary documents. A clear answer when my account is verified and I can withdraw my money - the bookmaker is not responding.
I communicate with the bookmaker every week and constantly get one answer "your account is being checked by the department, no deadlines"
I sent a lot of documents, ranging from a passport and a bank statement - ending with a mobile operator agreement.
