I have won £99 cash from a bonus which I should be able to withdraw as it's no longer classed as bonus and bgo have transferred it to my cash account but when I try to withdraw it just tethers and does nothing. I have emailed 3 times about various issues with no response over the last week, no one ever answers the 'live chat' and now it won't let me withdraw winnings, starting to think the company is bogus!
