Upon review of your account, we do see the following bets E18-1E39-J3B7-D74J / LG31-BDUG-SK45-KSHS / NLQW-9MV6-9CK4-23GX are under investigation by officials and we are unable to settle these bets until confirmation is provided.

Please do refer to our betting rules under "General Rules" point 17 does state: Betway reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question or (ii) match/spot fixing has taken place. Evidence may be based on the size, volumes or pattern of bets placed with Betway across any or all of our betting channels.

As of now, the bets will remain unsettled until the matter is resolved.

Dear Betway it been already 41 days since these bets should be settled. All other bookmakers I know have settled bets from this match instantly, so why only you make an"investigation" and it takes that long?
How is it possible that your investigation isn't resolved for over a month??!
You don't just care about your customers, I reminded support already at least 3 times and you still not finished the investigation of an event that was almost 1 and half month ago...

All this for just 306EUR winnings, I don't recommend anyone play there....
What if you win 3000EUR, you have to wait a year to get settled???

Day 44 matter is still not resolved by betway...
Stop throwing empty words and just resolve this investigation.
I want to also mention I requested withdrawal of 200EUR that were left in my balance and still not received it....
