Betway delayed withdrawal
I requested a withdrawal of 450.00 back on July 4th 2022. On July 7th, I tracked the withdrawal and according to the betway site info, it said this withdrawal was paid on July 6th. I gave it until Monday July 11 before I contacted betway via live chat. They told me that due to the internet outage in canada on July 8, there was a delay in completing the transaction and to give it 48 hours.
I gave it 48 hours(now July 13), and contacted them again in chat. I was told again, to give it another 48 hours. 48 hours later, (July 15-still no payment) I contacted them again.
This time I was assured that I would receive it within 24 hours. I gave it 72 hours and contacted them again on Monday July 22 2022. The rep in chat told me they attempted to pay me on July 10th via interac, but it did not go through. She told me she would leave a message with the payments team to escalate and expedite this payment, and asked that I give them another 48 hours.
On Wednesday July 20, I sent a bank statement to customer support email showing that I had not received this payment, then contacted them in chat again 24 hours later. The rep in chat told me to send a bank statement(which I already did) When I told him that, he said I need to give them time to look into it. On friday July 22, they continued to tell me to give it more time. On monday I tried again....same thing, and they asked when i sent the bank statement, and i told them i sent it the week prior...still they asked me to give more time.
Finally, on tuesday July 26th, they actually sent me an email. However, in the email all they did was repeat that this was paid on July 10th. It was as though the past 3 weeks of me contacting them, sending a bank statement etc. never even happened. I replied to the email, and attached another bank statement showing I had not received it and asked them to please rectify this situation.
After waiting a couple of days, and receiving no response, I replied to the same email again. Now it's August, and I have still not heard anything, and this issue remains unresolved after a month.
