Suddenly banned and no answer to my inquiry

After a winning, maybe my winning was 3600 usd or so, I tried to make a withdrawal.

A few days later, I was so surprised that I was suddenly banned and couldn't sign in to my account.

So I made an inquiry that asks why I was banned.

Then, they gave me an answer that said it was because of my violation of the terms. Of course, I really have no idea about what I did wrong.

After this, I emailed several times with an inquiry, but now I am totally ignored.

That's why I am reporting now.

I hope to return my deposit rather than my winnings at this moment.

I will attach my email screen shot as you can see my procedure.

First of all, thanks for a reply.
After reading the reply, I don't know about how others' email address are decided and no idea about similarities.
Also my access log and way to play might be similar or same as the others, but I honestly, I swear, I am the only and one player, also I never played as another player.

I heard reputation among my local acquaintance, then found a bonus information on here "Ask gamblers", then signed up and played first time.

In the end, I will never request all of my winning but my deposit balance can be refunded at least?

We've identified that this player created multiple accounts on BetHog, which is in violation of our terms, to repeatedly receive an offer for bonus funds that individuals are only eligible to receive once. Their winnings on the account referenced were from bets placed with those bonus funds. The multiple user accounts in question were flagged as exhibiting suspicious behavior including:
-Email addresses following the exact same format
-Deposits from same exchange
-Play on the same slot game with repeated stake
-Accounts left dormant after initial deposit/bonus was played
-Overlapping IP Addresses

Our terms of service forbid duplicate accounts, and outline that we reserve the right to revoke bonus funds in the event that we have reason to suspect abuse or lack of good faith.
