Site has been closed for a while and I would like withdraw my funds 20,90€. I'm making this complaint to get back my money. I hope AskGamblers can help me in this case to contact BetBeast support.

Dear Askgamblers and Mandindo,
BetBeast will reopen soon round the end of August once the whole migration and improvements are done. One thing to note is, the player in question had his account disabled by antifraud after being caught placing reverse bets on sportsbook which is considered a fraudulent practice and goes against the terms and conditions of the casino.
We are not going to stay holding off the 20 EUR deposit the player made, once we reopen the player can reach out directly to me via [email protected] and I can guide him to request back the 20 EUR.
Just to make things clear though, his account will be permanently closed after the withdrawal is processed as like I explained before the player was caught placing fraudulent sports bets.

The brand is closed for maintenance and until it's open, no transactions can be processed. Please be patient and once the brand is reopened, you will receive an email so you can proceed to withdraw the 20 EUR.
Just to make it clear, if you try to play that balance and win more, the wins will be confiscated. You are just entitled to withdraw the 20 EUR before you're permanently banned.

Please note that the balance he will receive back is 20 EUR, the equivalent of his deposit amount. He withdrew in the past before he was caught and flagged with fraudulent bets. We could have easily confiscated that amount to make up for part of the wins he walked away with but we decided to be the bigger person in this case.
This complaint thread for us is considered close. AskGamblers team, feel free to follow up with me once the brand is open to ensure that the 20 EUR was sent back. There's nothing else that has to be discussed in this case.
Like I said before, he will be able to access his account, process the withdrawal and then get permanently banned.
