On March 02 I tried to make a USDT withdrawal A-1825499644282492969, which failed and KYC was triggered. I was ready to pass KYC immediately and started it on my phone. After passing liveness check, KYC process froze, and i was never able to submit any documents. Now i can no longer pass KYC on the website (it's blocked) and considerable winnings are held for unclear reason. Chat support told me to contact email support which has been unresponsive
