My complaint is that I have been waiting since the 11/01/2025, going on 15 days for my withdrawals to be processed $800 & $600, chat seems to reply with the same message telling me not to worry, one chat member even assures me I will have the amount within 24hrs. I seem to be at a bit of a dead end. I have used sister casinos of the same brand and have never had a problem with withdrawals.
