Withdrawal delay 18 days

Requested withdrawal on 25.12.2020 which I still wait to be processed.

My account is verified, I not used any bonus, one withdrawal before that on 20.12.2020 was processed and money sent after 4 days.

Current withdrawal that's pending is first time I have problem with this casino.

Their written timeframe on their website to process withdrawal is 1 to 3 business days.

I contacted their live help that give me generic response that finance department was notified and will try to process my withdrawal as soon as possible.

Well today being 18 days since I requested a withdrawal, I really wonder what they are doing so long this time.

Yes, I confirm that after waiting 20 days, they finally paid me today.

Sadly I requested withdrawal in bitcoin on 25.12.2020 but price of bitcoin in this 20 days went up 40-60%.

Instead of receiving 45-50 mBTC if withdrawal would be processed in 1 to 3 business days, I got today only 30 mBTC.

Damage they did to me with this 20 days delayed withdrawal is around 15-20 mBTC, which at today's price is around 430-620 euro which is a lot since I requested to withdraw 994 euro.

Very bad experience withdrawing in bitcoin when casino delay withdrawal so long.

Even if player manage to win on rare occasion by gambling at this casino, then they delay withdrawal to make extra money by eventually sending the player less bitcoin.
