Not paying out my win

Started playing on this site after seeing that it had different providers. I won some money, And when trying to cash out i was told it can take up to 3 business days/72hours. I waited and didnt cancel the withdrawal. When contacting Livesupport im told that it will get payed out to me by today. After looking it still says as pending and i contact Livesupport again. Im then told its been payed out allready, I send a screenshot showing that its still pending. I then get an anwer that they will do their best to get the money payed out. I kept on getting copy paste answers of them telling me that they will make sure it will get payed out over and over. I am now also not able to play bonuses that i have available on my page as the rules are that its not possible to play with bonuses while having an active withdrawal and the bonuses will expire. I feel helpless and lied and betrayed, I have deposited money quick and fast but when it comes to withdrawal they have excuses all the time. They also dont pay out on weekends. Stay away from this site they just lie and lie and use long time to cashout your money just so you cancel it and lose it. Stay away.

I have been in contact with Livesupport again, Ive been told that they have sent a message to the relevant department and to prioritize my withdrawal (Been told the same 5 other times) and the last person ive spoke to on Livesupport said «I really do not know why there is such a delay, and why my withdrawal is not getting processed» i guess it seems like they wont pay out my winnings. Askgamblers: Please blacklist this casino

Ive been in contact with the Livesupport everyday since Monday this week. Ive also contacted them through email and just come up with excuses for the delay. They dont process withdrawals on weekends neiter. Hopefully AskGamblers can help me with this soon!
