Refusing to withdraw money

Good morning, I have problem with Alphabook. First withdraw was successful. Right now, there is even no possibility to select method of withdraw. I wrote to them and they've told me that "it will be solved next week", whereas in this week they said "in the next days". I think they blocked my account somehow ( I also can't place a bet - system error "refresh page"

Casino schreibt Einzahlung nicht gut

Hallo ich habe bei dem Casino mit Bonus eingezahlt. Einzahlung erfolgte via LTC 100€ am 10.05.2024. Buchungen wurde von der wallet bestätigt was man auch nachvollziehen kann. Casino hält einen hin und bucht das Geld nicht auf das Konto obwohl die Transaktion abgeschlossen sind. Keine Transaktion dauert 24h. Der Support im chat hält einen nur hin. Ich will mein Geld zurück.
